By accessing or using the Takeitt app or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Takeitt is an early-stage product and these terms may evolve as the service grows.

Takeitt is a platform that connects customers with independent local food stalls ("vendors") for takeaway pickup. We help you discover stalls, place orders, and pay. Vendors prepare and provide the food. Takeitt is not the manufacturer or seller of the food and does not operate the stalls.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

Prices are set by the vendor and shown to you before payment. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. An order is confirmed once payment is completed. All orders are final and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Use the platform lawfully and only for genuine orders.

• Collect your order from the stall within a reasonable time.

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

• Vendors must provide accurate menu and price information and prepare orders they accept, in compliance with applicable food-safety and local laws.

The Takeitt name, logo, app, and content are owned by Takeitt. Menu names, images, and other content provided by a vendor remain the property of that vendor.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Takeitt is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the food, which is the responsibility of the vendor, nor for vendor delays. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Takeitt's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
